Attorney Torres-Negrón is admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, both as an attorney and as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. Attorney Torres-Negrón studied in the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, obtaining his bachelor's degree in Labor Relations. After that, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. He began his professional career as a lawyer, by opening his Law Firm in San Sebastián, Puerto Rico in the year 1987. 

Attorney Torres-Negrón has extensive experience working as a trial atttorney in a broad range of Puerto Rican law. Especially, in civil law matters such as family law, estate and property law, hereditary matters, contracts and in civil contentious cases and administrative proceedings in general. 

Also, attorney Torres-Negrón has successfully served as a Notary Public in a variety of real estate matters for both non institutional clients as well as for financial institutions such as the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Pepiniana and the Farmers Home Administration. All of that, as a result of his more than 30 years of experience in the practice of the law profession.
